The Blues Keep Rainin' Down On Me (2012) (Audio CD)
After completing a “classical” CD last year, I had the urge to do something totally different. I decided
to compose and record a CD of original blues tunes using as many of my musician friends and former students
as possible.

Just Beautiful (2011) (Audio CD)
In today’s fast-paced, noisy world, I make no apologies for recording an entire CD of simply
slow, beautiful melodies that I hope you can enjoy with your morning coffee or your morning commute.

It's Christmas (2008) (Audio CD)
Produced, recorded and engineered by Bob Piorun during the summer months of 2008. All words
and music by Bob Piorun with additions noted in track info. I couldn’t and wouldn’t have
written and recorded this CD without the help and support of many people.

Picks On Christmas Carols (2007) (Audio CD)
I decided to record some Christmas Carols thinking “that’ll be easy!” The first problem
was: how to record unique, personal versions of songs that have been done thousands of
times. As I began each tune took on it’s own life and personality reflecting my varied
musical interests. I didn’t necessarily want to “jazz up” the tunes but yet reflect
my different influences.

Picking On The Classics (1999) (Audio CD)
Say the words "Classical Music" to most people and their eyes start to glaze over or
they furtively glance at their watches and scramble for excuses to beat a hasty retreat,
fearing they are about to be corralled into a four-hour concert on their only night off.
Why? I'm not sure...perhaps in general classical music is the most demanding to listen to
and most of it is not within the "3 minute limit" that seems to be the maximum the public
can take of any "Pop Music" piece.

Until We See You Again (2000) (Audio CD)
First up, the Kevin Dorsey composition, 'Na-Da Blues' which is a swingin' uptempo
semi-blues progression that features fine interplay between guitar, flute and Kevin's bass.
'Alita,' the second cut written by Bob Piorun for his wife has a classic jazz ballad
melody and features the warm tenor sax of my favorite, John Kane. 'Urban Blight' by
James Best has a cool and funky feel reminiscent of some of the black exploitation
flicks of the early 70's.

The Complete Guitar Player (Book)
After more than 40 years as a private guitar teacher, having taught more than 6,000 people,
I have decided to write my own guitar instruction books. I have used many different method books
and I find that they all seem to lack many of the things that most people want and need to know.
They all seem to be afraid to actually mention the great players, as if the authors are afraid to
make a commitment.
